Free shipping on all orders within the continental United States for all orders over $49.
US Carriers: USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS 3-day Select. Carrier option is chosen based on best rate and ship time.
We ship internationally for a flat shipping rate of $15.00.
International Carrier: UPS Standard. (Any additional customs fees, taxes, or charges are paid by the customer)
Shipping Timelines: Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing/shipping. We will notify you with a shipping confirmation email and tracking information once your package ships.
Order Adjustments: If you need to make a change to your order or request combined shipping for multiple orders please message us via chat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of order date.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our hope is that you will love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns must happen. If you need to return or exchange an item, just contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will be happy to refund your account or exchange for another item.
Refunds will be given within 5 days of our receiving the return.
Item must be in original, new condition, unless otherwise approved by a member of our team.
1 Year Warranty: We stand behind our products and offer a 1 year warranty against breakage on all jewelry purchases. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our team will respond within 48 hours to discuss the issue. Once approved, we will replace your damaged item with a new item of equal value.
